Herb Post of Cy Schwieterman, Inc. in St. Henry, Ohio is SafeTruck’s May 2012 Oversize Load winner.  SafeTruck OSL banners and flags were used during the transportation of a 105,000 pound farm drainage machine delivered to a farm field in Anna, Ohio. The dimensions of Mr. Post’s winning haul were 10’ 6” wide by 13’ tall by 59’ 11” long.

Cy Schwieterman, Inc. specializes in local hauling of heavy farm equipment from field to field within a 100 mile radius of its shops, located throughout West Central Ohio and East Central Indiana. Mr. Post stated that he and his fellow truckers had to get creative in finding a way to ensure their SafeTruck flags stay on their trucks and loads as they drive in and out of the farm fields. In place of staff flags, SafeTruck wire flags are tied to snow plow guides, which are flexible enough to bend and not break when encountering the farmland brush.  Mr. Post and Cy Schwieterman purchases SafeTruck OVERSIZE LOAD banners and flags from Napa Auto Parts in Celina, Ohio.
