We strive to build long-term relationships with each and every one of our customers. A big part of accomplishing this is making sure you're happy with the products you buy. Our promise to you is to do everything we can to make sure you're completely satisfied with the products and service you receive from Ms. Carita SafeTruck, Inc.

Pricing and availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be processed at the price in effect at the time of shipment.

Terms
Ms.Carita SafeTruck, Inc accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit cards are not charged until order is shipped. No C.O.D. orders accepted. 2% 10, Net 30 Days, on approved credit. Accounts 30 days or more past due will be charged a service charge of 1-1/2% monthly on the outstanding balance past due and may be put on credit hold. Minimum order is $100.00.

Sales Tax
Nevada residents will be charged applicable sales tax on all orders. No sales Tax will be charged to resale customers for standard stock items with proper documentation on file.

Transportation
Shipping charges will be based on the actual weight of the entire order, including packaging and insurance charges. F.O.B. Verdi NV 89439. Pre-Paid freight on orders of $500.00 net or more within the continental United States & Alaska (Surface Shipments Only). $750.00 Pre-Paid to Canada (Surface Shipments Only). All wood or aluminum signs, or Measuring Sticks F.O.B. Verdi NV 89439.

Delivery Times
We make our best effort to ship all in-stock orders within 48 hours. Orders shipped via the United States Postal Service and UPS usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Canadian and International customers should allow 7-10 business days before receiving their orders. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

Out of Stock Items
If we run out of particular items, we'll notify you with an estimated delivery date and the option to modify your order within 48 hours.

Our Return/Exchange Policy
When you receive an order, take a look at it. Claims for errors, shortages or damaged goods must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods. The return of unused or undamaged goods must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. (This excludes any custom or made to order items). No returns shall be accepted without prior approval from the factory and an issued RMA (Return Authorization Number) must appear on your packaging.

Contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Then ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, include the RMA # on the outside of the package. The item must be shipped insured, signature required to:
